The Cookies

We're not here to jump on every Instagram over-the-top cookie trend. We're here to make old-fashioned, honest-to-goodness, back-to-basics good cookies. We may spruce them up a little bit. Stuff a couple with Snickers or pack some with M&Ms, but at the end of the day the wow factor we are looking for isn’t based on over-the-top photography. It’s based on first bite, melt-in-your-mouth, best-cookies-ever goodness.

The Talent

Co's Doughs was cooked up by none other than Colleen (Co) after working for more than 30 years in a notorious Des Moines based Test Kitchen. After developing, preparing, testing, tasting and styling food for the better part of her life, she decided to take her skills to the street, and develop, prepare, test, taste, and style food--specificially cookies--for the people.

And I am Elizabeth and I’m a registered dietitian, but don’t worry, not that kind of dietitian. I don’t categorize foods as good foods or bad foods. Unless you consider foods created with quality, real ingredients and made with passion and love. Life-changing, delicious food. I suppose if you look at it that way I do think there are good foods. And trust me when I say these cookies are good.
